[Muscular Bio-Stimulator]

It is not working.I checked all connections
the led lights slightly when the potentiometer is full but i don't get any voltage.I tried changing the 555 but the same problem remains.What do you thing? :-[

What kind of antenna am I supposed to use to the FM trasmitters
in order to have good quality of sound ti my radio?
I've tried wire but the sound is horrible
Does the length of the wire matter the tranmision?
