    AC THROWS US AWAY BECAUSE I GUESS DIFFERENT FORCES DIRECTION B/W PARALLEL AND ANTI PARALLEL CURRENTS.]
    (I GUESS)
    MOREOVER AT OUR HOME AC VOLTAGE BECOMES ZERO ATLEAST 50 TIMES IN 1 SECOND.WHILE DC MAKES ME STICK TO THE LINE,NO CHANCE OF GETTING AWAY HENMCE IT IS MORE DANGEROUS!

  2. I KNOW THAT AN ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR HAS A POLARITY!
    I AM SURE ON THAT POINT !
    I CONNECTED IT RIGHT AFTER ALL,I LOST 2 CAPACITORS IN2 HUGE EXPLOSIONS.NEITHER ARISES A QUESTION OF HIGH BIAS BECAUSE I WAS CAREFULLY INCREASING IT WHEN I REACHED JUST 4V IT EXPLODED WITH ALL MATTER COMING OUT OF IT.YMMMMMMMM
    CAN THE CAPACITORS BE FAULTY?

    in any case which when according to you is more dangerous?
    a 220 V AC OR A DC VOLTAGE OF SAME VALUE?
    MY ANSWER(A GUESS) IS DC BECAUSE AC WILL ATLEAST ASSUME ZERO VALUE MANY TIMES IN SAY 10 SECONDS BUT DC WOOOOOOOOF!

    i had started this topic of FM wave propagation because i had recently built an FM RECIEVER AT MY PLACE ,.it was designed to operate at 220Vac which was followed by transformer,rectifier and filters etc.
    actually i had no transformer earlier when i was making it, out of curiosity,i connected only 4V dc (with fear in mind) after the filter directly
    and you wont believe,one of my electrolytic capacitors of 470uF
    exploded like a bomb! i changed it and put a 1000uF in its place i was shocked when i saw it exploding into pieces,however the circuit worked when i put the T/F in place and connected the mains supply
    any comments on how it could happen?

    can i safely conclude that it is neither voltage,nor current but high power kills a person.high voltage and high current alone cant do anything .it is the power(voltage*current) which kills the person.

    THE FORMULA POSTED BY SHAHRIAR CLEARLY TELLS US THAT DISPLACEMENT CURRENT IS A FICTITIOUS CURRENT ASSUMED TO SATISFY THE EQUATION!!!!
    (MAXWELL'S EQUATION)
    SOME BOOKS ALSO SAY THAT NOTHING IS GETTING DISPLACED,THE NAME IS JUST A JAM DUMMY AND PURELY AN ASSUMPTION,YOU COULD CALL IT AS YOU LIKE BUT IT IS JUST A CONVENTION TO CALL IT A DISPLACEMENT CURRENT(FUNDAMENTALS OF PHYSICS BY RESNICK AND HALLIDAY SAYS THIS)

    i must correct u on this point.in my country too ,F,M and AM bands are not used by army,the bands used by them fall into say 540-1600kHz which we vaguely called AM band (atleast in my country)
    but thats what i meant by my point earlier,540-1600 kHZ IS NOT F ULLY AM some frequencies are missing and those are used by army .actual AM is say(hypothetical)
    540-670
    690-880
    930-1600
    these are assumed and not actual values values falling out of this range used by military

    FOR WHAT APPLICATION DO YOU WANT THIS INDUCTORS, I HAVE MYSELF MADE INDUCTORS FOR SOME OF THE APPLICATIONS.MAY BE YOUR APPLICATION FALLS IN THAT AREA ,IF YES U CAN MAKE IT ON YOUR OWN,ITS REALLY SIMPLE,BELIEVE ME!

    I OPENED UP THE CPU BOX OF MY COMPUTER FOR THE SECOND TIME
    I COULD RECOGNIZE THE CPU CHIP ON THE MOTHERBOARD,A THICK BOOK TYPE HARDDISK!,AND A FEW OTHER BUSES.CAN ANYONE HELP ME IN KNOWING WHAT TYPES OF BUSES ARE THESE.THOUGH I KNOW A FEW WORDS LIKE ISA BUS,PCI BUS ETC.WHAT DO THESE BUSES ACTUALLY DO AND WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES B/W THESE BUSES.DO WE HAVE ANY OTHER BUS IN THE SYSTEM?

    A 2A CURRENT SOURCE ,WILL IT GIVE ME A SHOCK,IF NOT WHAT VALUE OF CURRENT SOURCE

    I NUST ADD THAT BE CAREFUL TO CLEAR THE DATE AON THE PORTS BEFORE USING ANY INPORT COMMAND IN YOUR PROGRAM,AN EXCESSIVELY HIGH VOLTAGE PRESENT ON A PORT PIN ALONG WITH THIS CARELESSNESS CAN EVEN DAMAGE YPUR MOTHERBOARD(IT IS A PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE)

    u can very well work on projects like physical layout design(i.e how the components will be physically arranged on the chip),timing analysis,
    delay analysis,micrtocontroller programs(if u have some knowledge of a programming language like C or atleast assembly language)
    these u can do sitting at ur home on a PC!!!!

    A FEW mA current is sufficient to kill a person .if i take a voltage source of 3V,short circuit it,a large,huge current will flow,even if i touch the wire at this point it wont even make me feel the current while a roomheater which has a few mA or hardlyA current can tear apart a person.ur comments?
