I don't know if other models are similar but I will check further.
Also to send bigger than 0.5 mb files you could use a file splitter software namely "hjsplit" which is a free program. Once the split files are sent than the receiver needs to have the same program to merge all files together. Let me know if you cannot get it from the Internet.
