Hello!
I was wondering if someone could clarify something for me?
For example lets say i have a 12v battery that is rated at 100AH
Does this mean the battery will supply 100 amps for one hour?
or for example 1 amp for a hundred hours?
Even if something as small as a model motor was connected to this supply, would it draw the current and voltage it needed or would it overload and burn out the motor?
Thanks in advance,
Sgt

Ah, so it would supply the full 100A for the starter motor until the engine gets going.
Reason is i have a car horn which uses a motor air compressor, i know it is 12v but wasn't
sure about the current rating
Thanks a lot :)
