  1. Hi all,

    i need some help, i will be very greatfull to you,

    one of my nephiew has a remote control toy car, which is operated at 27MHz frequency, (and ofcourse it is MADE IN CHINA)

    Inside the Remote Control a few components are their,
    3X  S9018 Transistors
    Few Resistors, Inductors, Capacitors................ and of course their is one IC (14 pin), The printed numbers on In are

    TX-2        40816229

    I try to search about this IC, at first i thought it is a CMOS IC of CD4081.......but found me wrong........... as CD4081 - pin 14 is VCC and pin 7 is Ground........
    And at this IC (mentioned above) has -ve supply connection of Battery at pin 14.......

    I am so much confused about this IC, if anyone knows about it, having datasheet of it................

    Thanks,
    masterleous

  2. Hello all users,

    I need some help in my project of UPS, i found some basic conecpt of UPS on NET, which is basically a 12 volts to 220/120 VAC Inverters, these types of circuits have a big problem with them, when a battery is fully charged, UPS give 220 VAC, after some time when Battery goes to its 50%, than UPS give 180-190 VAC, and when battery goes to it minimum, UPS give less than 160 VAC. So UPS is only efficient when battery is fully charged.

    I found some ideas from net of UPS continuously giving 220 VAC till battery goes to 30-40%, but not find any circuit of that type of UPS.

    Any circuit idea/schematic..........

    Thanks,
    masterleous

  3. Hello Guys,

    I need some help in using ULN2003A Darlington Pair Array IC in my project, let me explain little about my project.

    I want ULN2003A IC to drive 6VDC Relays, and my logic inputs are CMOS, here the input for ULN ic is coming from BCD-7 Segment IC 4511, and the output of ULN2003 is connected with 7 Relays, The relay's Normally Open Contact is used to drive 200V Circuitry.

    Please help me what is going wrong..........

    Any new idea will be helpfull for me.

    Thanks

  4. Hi Kevin,
    you are right that it is difficult to program through Assembly Language...........but for complete automation u needed a design that perform an operation for control by its own calculation not by HMI...............
    Although for beginner, this is a better idea to make C Prog at first than switch to Automation through MicroProcessor or Microcontroller which is depend on user and it's robot application.......

  5. Hi Masterleous,
    There is no such a thing as "an Electric MIC". What kind of mic, electret or dynamic? It might even be a carbon mic from an old telephone, or a crystal mic from a toy. They are all different.

    You didn't describe the noise. If it is coming from the wiring then you need a shielded cable between the preamp and the LM386. Maybe the noise is coming from the power supply for the electret mic's load/supply resistor.

    Please post the schematic for the preamp. If it has gain then the LM386 doesn't need the cap between its pins 1 and 8.

  6. Like audioguru said, only one column will be considered at a time.
    At the same time, you can determine which LED in a row will lite.
    Each column will state on a very short period of time and loop.

    I think it is no more method to make the LED matrix lites as you decided.

    Hi,
    Yes u are right........
    I want some help to drive LEDs.............can anyone have any idea........
    I think the minimum frequency for driving it should be greater than 5-10 K Hz...........am i Right?

  7. Hi Masterleous,
    1) What kind of mic, electret or dynamic (coil and magnet)?
    2) Is the noise coming from acousical feedback howling, background sound, electronic hiss or mains hum and buzz (from the wiring)?
    3) What power supply voltage are you planning for the mic preamp?
    4) Does your LM386 circuit have a capacitor beween its pins 1 and 8?
    5) How much distance do you expect the mic to pickup voices?

    Hi audioguru,
    Thanks 4 ur Kind Reply......
    1. I am using Electric MIC
    2. & 4. I am using circuit for LM386 which is mentioned in it's Datasheet...........n also using a 10Uf cap in between 1 & 8. Noise is coming from MIC Circuitry, as i tested LM386 necessory circuitry from my SoundCard output and it is working properly without noise.
    3. Power supply is 9v to 12 v.
    5. Distance between person and MIC is normal 3-7 inches from MIC.
  8. Hi all,
    i want to build my own INTERCOM, i teseted LM386 for Audio Power Amplifier and it is working perfectly, I want a Microphone for inputing a  Voice Signal, and from net i got a simple circuit for Mic Pre-Amplifier but the problem is that Noise is so much due to That Pre-Amplifier and Audio Level is so much low.
    Can anyone tell me the right thing to take input from MIC, and which will outputed from Speaker through LM386.

    I want only Mic Pre-Amplfier Circuit working properly, the rest of circuit (For Output) is designed and working.

    Thanks

  9. Hi,

    U need a menu builder or u want to make ur own menu in C or V.Basic Language.................u need to visit
    www.planet-source-code.com
    The best site for Programmer Discussion and it have many sample code. It has a section for upload......in which u can upload your own code for other Programmer......
    Hope you will find your solution.
    Bye

  10. Hi audioguru n MP,

    I try to locate the pin no.s of 8*8 LED Dot Matrix Board n got success.

    There are total 16 pins. 8 pins for 8 column and 8 for 8 rows.

    The 8*8 LED Dot Matrix is look like as below......

      - - - - - - - -
      - - - - - - - -
      - - - - - - - -
      - - - - - - - -
      - - - - - - - -
      - - - - - - - -
      - - - - - - - -
      - - - - - - - -

    Let us assume that '-' is a LED, Let for Example i want to display Capital Letter 'N' than it will just look like

      * - - - - - - *
      * * - - - - - *
      * - * - - - - *
      * - - * - - - *
      * - - - * - - *
      * - - - - * - *
      * - - - - - * *
      * - - - - - - *

    For this purpose i have to make LOGIC HIGH for Entire Column 1 & 8. And Other Single Line which is a DIAGONAL..... 6 separate Column and their respective rows will be LOGIC HIGH.

    But the problem i am facing in doing this all Column and ROWS will be LOGIC High and golw all LED (8*8) instead of Letter 'N'.

    My question is that could we required any Latching Circitry for this or any Special Driver IC, than plz give the full detail.......

    Thanks,
    masterleous  :)

  11. Thanks audioguru & MP,
    I tried this method on it, and it was working.............but the problem is that i want know the exact order......mena s just like a 7 segment which has pins like a b c d e f g h..............i want to know the exact pin location of this 8*8 matrix led........i tried to search it on google but i found a 5*7 matrix led instead of 8*8...........
    can anyone send me a link or any helpfull material about 8*8 sequance........and how i can show a Letter on it..........i get the pins connection for 8*8 by head and trial method..........but unable to display a character.........
    Thanks

  12. Hi,

    In Electroni-LAB.com a circuit is given using IC 7107, The circuit is mainly for DC Inputs only, if we want to measure AC inputs than which changes will we have to make in our cisruits.

    Either, a Bridge Rectifier is used with capacitor in front of AC inputs and That Circuit for DC, or any other approach.
