I have an idea to create a virtual eye for TV system etc by using a camera and  some circuits. It is already in available.But cost is approximately  17000 Indian rupees. If we can change that idea with a low cost?

I am in beginning.
I believe that at least we want a supply for all circuits else they use other application such as electromagnetic induction,solar cell etc for a voltage generation.
We can generate AC from natural  effect without a supply voltage.(That is in currently used)
