[Sony Trinitron KV-XA21N93 - Scanning lines problem]

Hi. I have a Sony Trinitron KV-XA21N93, it has scanning lines from top to bottom. I already have replaced possible defective capacitors that has 160v and 250v but still not able to fix it. I have checked for possible open resistors but did not find anything.

Can someone help me out?

Also I would like to seek some assistance. This unit turns on / off by itself when the main switch is ON. I have replaced a defective transistor and after a week the same problem occured. Now I have checked all transistors, diodes and resistors but I found nothing wrong.
