I have found this and think that it is the only way to patch metronic accessbox, I'm not able to use this but any people knows how to programmer.
ON WIDOWS XP:
GET TO START>ALLPROGRAMS>ACCESSORIES>COMUNICATIONS>HYPER TERMINAL
-INSERT A NAME AND SELECT AN ICON AND COM1 > PRESS OK
-SET BIT TO 115200
-PARITY=NEVER
-HARDWARE CONTROL=NEVER > PRESS OK
CONNECT METRONIC ACCESSBOX TO COM1 WITH NULL MODEM CABLE AND TURN ON(STANDBY=RED LED)
WAIT ANY SECONDS YOU CAN SEE ANY STRINGS ON HYPERTERMINAL
WHEN THE STRINGS ARE FINISHED PRESS ENTER.YOU ENTER IN TESTTOOL MODE.
WRITE HELP TO SEE ALL COMMANDS:
Testtool> HELP -
I LOOK FOR ANY FILES COMPATIBILE WITH ACCESSBOX.

HI guys, I've a receiver FTA Accessbox by metronic, It's = at another receivers with sti 5518. this is the data of receiver with winupoad 4.0 by null modem cable rs232:
