Do you have any more info on this assembly?
It looks like it came out of an Encoder of some sort.
The black wheel on the back side is like a rotary Encoder wheel.

I can do it with WinRar but what a hastle 8.2 mb 3 files per post I figure about 28 files at 300kb and 10 x posting just to get them on here.

You Must Heatsink the components for 5 amps each if not they will only handle 1 amp each.
There is another way to make a high current power supply.
