I am trying to solve a problem and after consuming time i come to know that i have not enough Knowledge to solve it.
The Plroblem is as unde
"A single measurement indicates the emitter voltage of the transistor in the circuit given below to be 1.0V. Under the assumption that |VBE| = 0.7V, what are VB,IB,IE,IC,VC,Two other things are Alpha and Beta which are also be calculated.

I am Mujahid Mir and want to bias a transistor in every accept completely by using theoretically method (using formulas for base, collector, and emitter bias resistors) for the following circuit.
I wan to derive a Electro Magnetic relay of 12V with a c1383 transistor. With following specifications.
