I was wondering if some one could give me a pointer into loading a ATmega 328p I have tried many times using a R3 UNO the chip seems to load how ever the led pulse is weak when the chip is placed into the control board for a word clock. I have used 2 different UNO's and on 2 different computers here used imported chips and Australian bought chips still the same weak pulse light as under powered. Can any one give me a suggestion on what to do there to correct this. Sketch is off V2 word clock from Doug Jackson Wayne Rogers
