[Decrease cutouts PCB]

I checked the link, I think it's kind of spam.  Was to a download site that linked an executable for a download program in addition to the .brd file.  I don't think he wanted to attach the file or even an image, i think he wants click throughs because it's not even one of the popular file share sites.  Either way, now that I think about it, attaching an image or even zip file isn't hard and should have been done in the first place olhon.org
