Hi

I am looking for any studies, datasheets, references to Universities that are known in this area, or any information related to the following:
I am looking for quantitative data on electronic component life expectancy (continuous power and/or cycled power studies). I am interested in any and all electronic components ICs, Capacitors, Resistors, PCBs, Transistors, Microprocessors, etc.

How long can these components be expected to last?

I am looking for some standard documented test procedures that provide a step-by-step process that would verify the durabiliy of an electronic device. I have read over a couple of military handbooks, and am looking for something along that line, but more detailed, and procedure oriented, including:
1. Temperature Cycling
2. Power Cycling
3. Duration
