Specs are on the sheet of course, there are many substitutes that are available manufacturer from my original post is HUAYI

I ended up using Matsuki ME66N04T

also; PTP03N04N Perfect Intelligent Power Semiconductor Co package TO-220 will do the job.

Hi I was hoping someone can help me? I’ve been trying to identify this MOSFET. I have a few blown ones on a 12 volt to 240 volt 3000 watt inverter/charger (Renogy) brand. Searched all the codes on the net, can’t come up with anything. Perhaps you can help with an equivalent mosfet? I suspect this may be some kind of proprietary build, so some of the numbers may mean something to someone out there?
