Here is what i found:BT9151 is equivelant to UM9151 and it is a Pulse Dialer with direct Phone line operation. 4 * 3 matrix keyboard interface. Supply voltage range of 2 to 5.5 V. 22 digit redial memory. Selectable make/break ratio.
