jyoti Posted March 1, 2006 Report Share Posted March 1, 2006 hi,I am working on S6700 multiprotocol transceiver IC .I have to design transmitter and receiver blocks.transmitter side:ASK modulator and antenna driver.receiver side:demodulator,mixer,level shifter,low pass filter,high pass filter,schmitt trigger.I dont have any specifications related to this particular IC.If u can suggest any circuit diagram with design details for mixer than send me immediately its urgent.operating frequency is 13.56MHZregards,jyoti Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
