please  to make  a circuit  analog input (0 to 26.0vdc input variable by pot) to be
reading in  lcd or led display.

parameters.

0.7 vdc                                  read  = 15
  1.0 vdc                                            = 30

  1.4 vdc                                            =50
 
  10.3vdc                                            =500

  18.9vdc                                            =1200

  26.1vdc                                              =2500

  are samples of values..


please  ..guide me  about the    circuit..an  parts to make  this project

This project will give you a LED display reading of your voltage. Not sure why you want different values, but if this is a prerequisite, you could use A2D into a micro with some internal calculations. You will also need input scaling since a micro will not allow for more than 5 VDC.
