transapax
please guys, i have some problems with my inverter transformer designing. how do i choose the sizes of coil for the primary and secondary windings. its a bit confusing to me as this is my first time of trying to build an inverter transformer. what is the difference b/w for example 10ga, 10awg and 10swg in wire gauging. what is also the difference b/w enamel wire, magnetic wire and copper wires. can someone make a summary chart that would say e.g, for this VA of inverter transformer at 12v,24v,48v centre tap./110,220v output, this is the number of primary turns, this is the number of secondary turns, these are the sizes of coils that are suitable for transformer winding. At least it would make the job easier.thanks
