larain Posted May 29, 2007 Report Share Posted May 29, 2007 Hi guys,I'm tying to do MOSFET hspice simulation.Does any of you know the syntax of extracting the capacitances and resistances from DC analysis of MOSFETs?I've tried COLVGD, CDGBO, RDS etc. but they either didn't work or just gave me constants.
