I wish to connect a RF Transmitter to this Color Sensor:

http://www.quickerbuy.com/products/rgb-color-sensor-module-analog-amp-digital-uart-spi-diy-152075782

My idea is to attach 6 Colour Sensors to a Snooker Table. Once a ball has been potted then the data is sent wirelessly to the Receiver within the Electronic Scoreboard. The Micro Controller then analyses the and displays the points on the electronic scoreboard.

What kind of technology will I need, please any help would be appreciated as I am really struggling, I don't have much knowledge about electronics. Could there be problems when 6 Color Sensors are trying to connect to 1 Receiver?

Thanks

hi
welcome to the forums

OK you realise those are just standard colour camera modules ?
you will need some pretty serious software to determine individual colours
personally I wouldnt even know where to start with the colour processing programming
some one may have done something like that for security or specialist lab work ??

There are already built color sensing modules and libraries for most micros to run them, it's really not that hard anymore...

Time to get your feet wet ;) there is so much support out there now online that it's really easy to get rolling...

I would really love to learn PIC programming as that would be really helpful in many amateur radio related projects
I just have too many other things going on over recent times. Unfortunately I dont seen it happening. If my health wasnt teetering on the edge, I would be more up to doing more.
Im strugging just to try and finish some outstanding construction projects.
