You would need a more complicated boost converter, or you would need at least 4 AA batteries.

Not sure what you mean by not affecting your mobile battery, but even with 4-AAs, you will still need some kind of voltage or current regulation.

Never charge a battery directly from another, or from an unregulated supply like a wall-wart or other power supply.
