5v regulator with lm350 with 9v input

i have a lm350 voltage regulator but i dont know how to wire it to get 5v and 3 amp output if my input is 9v

Did you download and read the datasheet for the LM350?

i am an amateur so i dont know what is going on it those data sheets
Being an amateur does not mean you have to remain ignorant. Read the datasheet. Try to understand what it says. Look at the example circuits the datasheet recommends. Then come back here to ask questions. If you are here to learn, we will try to teach you. If you are here looking for someone to hold your hand and do your thinking for you, please find a forum that does that. This isn't the one.

How do you think a 500mA fuse wil work with 3A output current?
The LM350 is a linear regulator, therefore input current >= output current ( by 50~100µA for regulation) and the fuse accordingly has to be rated at 3A or higher.
