s-protec on lg soundbar

i have a lg LAS350B sound bar and everytime i turn it on it comes up with s-protec after about a minute so i unplug it and plug it back in and it works any help would be helpful it was manufactured 9/2015 and bought 12/2015

I assume that you have the subwoofer connected to the bar. I would suggest disconnecting the wires from the bar to the subwoofer and see if this eliminates the problem.

This will help us investigate the problem further.

Looks like there is an internal short.

You will need to open the soundbar and look for any obvious damage. If nothing, then we will need to start testing each of the components.

.... we need to start a methodical testing process..... testing 'each' of the components is the task of the amateur.

If you bought a new speaker, it could be an impedance mismatch .
If you have moved your speakers recently, it could be improperly connected. If you’ve done nothing, then either the speaker driver failed or the speaker itself is blown.
(S protection) displayed on your LG ,stands for speaker protection
