I've found two fried components, I have trouble finding them in my country so I am searching for some online stores that ship to my place.

I don't have the stb 5V on the connector. No stb light. The TV was struck by voltage drop while in standby mode.
You may check the whole measurements made on the another thread I've posted earlier. On this one I was only searching the schematics for the PSU.
