a ferrite bead has a hole and a wire passing through it one or more times
there are small ferrite bead type inductors in SMD format

Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Anyway: Look at the datasheet of the ferrite bead you want to model. Follow these instructions to create a model using RLC components. Build the model from real components.
Note that the resulting circuit will be rather complex if you want to fit the characteristic of the ferrite bead with reasonable accuracy.
