Damn, the files are too large for this message. I'll send them by email to anyone who asks.
I recommend printing them out in full in A4 format and using dabs of PVC to attach each page onto the leaves of some cheap, bound book - like last year's diary.

http://www.forrestmims.org/ He's the man who wrote the small booklets you used to find at Radio Shack when it really was the place to get electronic parts and supplies for hobbyists. His site has good things to read. If you can find these books at your local radio shack I highly recommend them...
