Are you trying to down convert amateur television broadcasting signal into the UHF tv spectrum.If So than
Only a 625 line television would work .
Also,., Are you trying to make the noise generator amplifier with the bfr 91 transistor?
I think that's older than 741 op amp.

no to test TV antenna systems. it must generate a constant gain signal on the entire uhf dvbt band.

That's how power amplifiers normally work. Flat frequency response over the entire bandwidth, ideally. What kind of noise would you like...white noise? pink noise? blue noise?
