Samsung HT-E8200 Power Supply

Anyone good with power supplies?
Samsung HT-E8200 sound bar that is completely dead. No visible damage to the circuit board but 0 volts on all outputs, my measurements in red.

Are you measuring correctly? The '32V' you measure should be more like 320V.

You are absolutely right, it is 321 volts, I wrote it wrong.

Switcher ic and circuit appear to at fault with zero volts.
The ic themselves work pretty hard and do fail.
As to just where, you need to look/test further.
