    Thank you for all your comments and suggestions, eventhough most of your jargon has gone right over my head. The controller is a bluetooth plug affair (daren't open that up) that is controlled by a mobile app. Hope this helps.

    Thanks for replying DP and the information supplied. Closer to the top of the htrea are two images, are these what you are after? Basically I just wanted to know if the recieving part can be disconnected/removed so the lights just stay on. Not worried about flashing/sequencing.
