DAB Radio no longer producing sound

Hello All.
My trusty garden shed DAB Radio has decided to stop producing sound. Everything else appears to be working okay.
I was told it was a common error with DAB radio...the sound simply stops!
Can it be fixed, as I hate throwing electronics away before attempting to fix/repair it please?

Sounds like a case for the old headphone jack trick.
Does it have an headphone Jack input?
When you keep the radio in the
Garden shed, mother nature will slowly corrode, oxidize, rust the
unused input jack for the headphones.
The symptom would be as you described muting the audio amplifier output to the speakers.

Wouldn’t that be an output?.
But yes, I agree, corrosion is the most obvious scenario as temperature changes in a shed would cause internal condensation.
Try cleaning the whole boards and connections with IPA (isopropyl alcohol).
