    Thanks Harald Kapp

Just wanted to say thanks to moderator Harald Kapp. KrisBlueNZ (passed away) created a resource page for 'Logos for Electronic Component Manufacturers' long ago, and Harald added several additional links to Kris' post. I still haven't found the one I'm looking for right now, but those...

    Flash Memory Question

I've got a reel of 50 Each SST 37VF010 90-3C-NH Flash Memory SMDs 28Kx8 90nS, 32V. I assume they were pre-programmed for some system. I believe their electronically erasable for reuse(?) Are they reusable, of any use, or scrap? Don't remember what they were used for.

Identify 1960's Diode Manufacturer By Logo?

I used to know (now old) electronic component manufacturers. When I was younger I just never realized companies would merge or go out of business. This 1960's company made many of my diodes, it's logo is the capital letter 'H', with the crossbar in the letter replaced with a lightning bolt. Any...

Trying to identify Vishay SMD from markings on reel

I want to try to sell a factory sealed reel of SMD resistors, so don't want to break the factory seal to read the actual value unless I have to. The reel is marked 'Vishay CRCW2512 68 1% R67', my quandary is that right below this first line, it reads: 'CPN: CRCW2512680J' I'm thinking the 'CPN'...

    Lubricate Open-Reel Magnetic Tape?

From what I've read, open-reel recorder magnetic tape is lubricated from the factory. I have older tapes that sometimes 'squeal' in spots. Does anybody have experience on what product is best to use to try to get some extended life out of these old tapes? So far, mostly what I've read is...
