    Not understandable ESR value of the capacitor.

    I checked the electrolytic capacitors during the repair of the old audio center. When checking the capacitor 0.1uF 50V, my ESR meter shows more than 10 Ohm. I looked at different ESR tables, but I did not find such a capacitor there. What is the allowed value of the ESR of this capacitor?
