    LED circuit Heat

Slightly on the low side, Normal is 12.6. It will Increase when you charge it. If your circuit is to be used Also when charging the battery, you need to Consider at least 13.6 Volts.

    Components Buyers Guide [for Dummies]

The Inductor you need will be Much Larger, About the size of a 2 Watt Resistor, and wound with a 22 AWG Wire.

    Components Buyers Guide [for Dummies]

Do a Google Search for the STP5L60 and you will find it is rated at 5 Amps and 60 Volts. The Resistors in this circuit are just 1/4 watt ones. You can use 1/2 watt ones or higher, if you want You Don't give Input and Output Voltages, The Capacitors need to have Voltage Ratings Greater than the...

Before anyone can help you on Specifics for these devices, We need to know the Application or better a SCHEMATIC of the circuit.

    LED circuit Heat

12 VDC, From a Car Battery or Power Supply? A Car Battery is typically 12.6 Volts, But in a Car when charging it can be up to 14.6 Volts. So What are you using?

analog and digital 30V Voltmeter for Power Supplies

A Digital Panel Meter that uses a 9 Volt Battery will do what you want, But one would cost you about $20.00 USD plus Shipping Cost. Optionally you could use a Analogue Meter, if you can find one at a reasonable price. I have lots of Analogue meters, but the shipping cost to you would be expensive.

analog and digital 30V Voltmeter for Power Supplies

Without an additional supply of 3 Volts or More, and a Modification to the Meter, That Meter can't do what you want! It Requires a Minimum of 3 Volt to Power it!

    Super Hot Capacitors...!

That Capacitor that is BULGING, It is BAD and Needs Replacing. Capacitors should NOT Heat up if they are good. The Temperature rating on the Capacitor is for a Maximum Air Temperature around the Capacitor.

does someone know the function of R6,R8 and R9?Is it just current limiting

Circuit is Probably designed by a 12 year old.

does someone know the function of R6,R8 and R9?Is it just current limiting

Yep, They Goofed on there Numbering. But the next thing is Does this circuit even work? Without actually Building and Testing it, No One Knows for sure.

does someone know the function of R6,R8 and R9?Is it just current limiting

Putting the Battery on the RIGHT Side Allows for Much More Power to the Output Transistor. With the Original Circuit, the Output transistor will get Almost NO Power because of R8. And the Microphone Side does Not require High Power.

does someone know the function of R6,R8 and R9?Is it just current limiting

No C6 is Correct, It Filters and Stabilize the Voltage for Q1 and the Mic. But if you have Long wires between the battery and the Circuit, you could add another cap across the battery side.

does someone know the function of R6,R8 and R9?Is it just current limiting

It Doesn't look like a very good design. R9 Supply Current for Mic. R8 Collector resistor for Q2 or just a current limit. R6 Bias Resistor for Q2 I Think they put the Battery on the Wrong Side of the Schematic!

    CMOS 4001 Repeating Timer

Two 1000's in series Makes 500uF. Definitely CLOSE ENOUGH to 470uF. But Leakage on these Caps can be a Problem! Even Better would be CD4541.

    Multiple batteries in a car.

You can use Two Diodes to Isolate these batteries. One Diode going to your Existing 12 Volt Battery. Another Diode going to your 5 Paralleled Batteries. But Chances are you will Over-Load the Alternator with the HIGH Current Draw and damage the Alternator. NOT VERY PRACTICAL OR COST EFFECTIVE.
