Help With DC Motor Speed Controller

The unit you link to does not show any "push button switch" so I can only assume it is something you added. It also does NOT show any markings for input or any switch when you say it does. The dual gang pot seems to have plugs that can go only one way BUT it seems irregular to require a 2 gang...

Help With DC Motor Speed Controller

You will need at least a link to the specs for the controller. A circuit diagram ( not fritzing) would be an advantage also.

    Bosch AL1411 faulty? 7V only...

No. Laptop power supplies are usually 19v and have all the necessary charging regulators for voltage and current on the power/ or motherboard.

    Bosch AL1411 faulty? 7V only...

No you do not. As already stated, charger for nimh and lipo or li ion are completely different.

    Bosch AL1411 faulty? 7V only...

Nimh charger is not suitable for lipo or Li ion cells. Also, how do you have this new pack of 6 * 18650 cells connected? What was original nimh configuration?

Charge USB device using a MCU controlled power Mosfet

You say IRFZ44N whereas the circuit says IRLZ44N. Circuit is correct, you are not. However, I doubt your circuit will work as you will need a P type mosfet for high side switching.

    DIY car taillights into lamp

Car LED should have their own individual drivers built into each bulb. So job for you will be how to identify each lamp pos and neg cable. Should be easy as with the fitting in your hands....remove each lamp holder and take note of cables connected. Neg will be to the frame of each lamp holder.

    DIY car taillights into lamp

Lamps are normally 21/5w for stop tail and 21w for blinker. If you want to run all 3 on each, that would beclose to a total of 94w. On a 12v supply, close to 8A so not " small" by any means. You could reduce this by fitting LED bulbs but I don't know off hand the current on those.

    Stepper motor controller question

With stepper motors you need a decent supply, plenty in reserve will not go astray. Some of the 3/4 axis controllers they recommend are a bit out-moded these days.(TB6560) I think there are much better units now. Voltage probably upwards of 20v and current (with 3 motors) probably around the...
