    Your question raises many other questions....be more specific on equipment intended to be used, and just what is "thermoforming machine for pet plasctic" Note the extreme danger of using a nichrome wire on mains supply, there are much safer ways.

    In the above, the receiver still requires a 12v dc supply which is not shown. All that is decyphered is that the receiver common and n/o contacts are operating the existing auto relay coil. Without any 12v dc to the receiver, it is dead in the water.

    The two circuits are completely different as one is single ended and the other dual supply. As far as "very powerful", I doubt it anyhow.

    Diodes, Led and transistors appear to be a-up as well as pos/neg from input. More recent posts suggest the schematic is your interpretation so that explains many of the errors.

    Usually because the charger detects a dead battery. Test should be done with one of known good condition.
