Is Armoured and Un armoured cable same ?

They're not shielded cable as you show either. Armoured cable (commonly know as steel wire amoured) is usually an outer layer of steel wire woven around the cable and then covered in another insulation layer. It's not for rfi but simply for mechanical protection against external damage.

What’s the name of this connector?

With the correct charger, in theory, yes...but no balance charge on the cells and that could upset the billy cart.

    Component compatibility for repair

Depends on the application..........may be bugger all difference to the Op circuit but without that, it's just a matter of numbers which have no relevance.

Is There a problem, or is it just the case that the motor needed a load.

Quite possibly something to do with the schematic and layout and list of equipment used which....you have not supplied. If you have links, provide them here...don't expect people here to have to do searches for your information. Take note that, depending on point of view and lack of precise...

ford fiesta mk7 radio volume control not working

Well, I could give you a complete run down but not about to waste my time on something you can Google. Note...not only detect pinout BUT also look for any that might be grounded.

What’s the name of this connector?

First up, you need to measure the pin spacings...............as my eye is not THAT good, here is a link to a 4.5mm example. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/295823313263 However, once again, if you change both ends, who cares what type or how many pins it has on the one you have there, as long as...

ford fiesta mk7 radio volume control not working

Sounds like you have either damaged other part of the board with the changeover ...or...... you did not check the new encoder for the same /different terminal pinouts. There are plenty of videos these days that help with things like this to show how to test replacement parts. For example, the...

    Build pwerbank ?

You will invariably be able to buy what you need already built at a much lower cost than if you decided to build. That would be assuming you know how to do it which it appears you don't so the curve gets even steeper and above even more favourable move.

    reliable motorcycle rectifier circuit

From the circuit supplied, it may be more involved than first appears. Advice would be, (if you put a value on the bike lamps and the battery itself, or the cost of inconvienience when it goes down for good with more damage than now) replace with a new or s/h tested regulator. It is quite...

Rotel RA820A stereo amp no right channel

Well, once agin it shows your ignorance. Even in a mains situation, if there were any fuses ( or circuit breakers) present, the difference would be in laymans terms " bugger all" and basically irrelavant.

Suggestion on where to ask for help in designing a simple RPM/rotation checking device?

"shut the gate after the horse has bolted approach" I have to say. Accepted approach is normally to fit an overload device to the motor. Firstly it does not need and human recognition of any fauly condition. Secondly it protects the motor. Beats me why you don't fix the current jamming problem.

Rotel RA820A stereo amp no right channel

Don't worry too much about it, for all the hallaballoo, it's not going to kill it with a 6A fuse. Being a stereo amp can be helpful when tracking faults if one side is still working ok. With details from the working side being used as a comparison against the non working side. What would be...

Control 240v Electric Heater with ESP8266

Use a decent contactor for the heater load and drive the coil of the contactor with a small 5v relay with at least 220v/10A contact rating. 5v relay will need to be driven (simplist way) via a mosfet off the esp output. Reason for the high current raequirement is the contactor coil is an...
