    LCD screen Identification/Replacement

It is likely a screen layout that is particular to this device, not just any old LCD screen. Take as an example say an air con remote control display.

    Resistor wattage confusion

How did you determine the correct replacement transistor.? The way you wrote this, it appears like you replaced the transistor with a 3w resistor.

    Sentrysafe

empty socket partly obscured. Did you check the photo before uploading to see if it was clear and showed what you wanted....probably a good idea. Anyhow, appears to be 4 pin. AC motor question

Edit:....(most likely)It will require a capacitor to start and run. If you have the model, one can possibly look up a basic motor connection diagram and from there which cabling arrangement for forward and reverse. Many dryers will run both directions (via switching) during the drying cycle...

How to drive a 12v 40w heating pad

If the "transformers" you refer to are around 250mm long and rather heavy (the old iron core transformers) then you are ok. If they are the more modern switchmode type used for LEDs perhaps only half that size and very light, then forget it as they are current regulated. Best when you post to...

If one series panel gets a shadow, all is lost. It's why consideration to panel placement is so important.
