    Circuit design

Yes, it does. Variations in component values is why the module needs some form of adjustment. That combined with the need to market a module that appeals to many with one unit. You are also asking for 1/2 second accuracy. Ebay have many. Good luck.

Is this charger appropiated for my lipo battery?

I'd be inclined to think that a 1C charge would be quite ok. 100mA extra would be nothing to be concerned about. Charger probably will not get to that level anyhow. One way to determine it would be to start the charge and keep an eye on it. By that I mean feel the temperature rise of the pack...

    Newly coiled motor burnt out

Seems it would be an isuue for you and/or your lecky to sort out with the repairer. I doubt there would be any further advice from others here.

Must unplug and replug power to make Cooker Hood / Kitchen-Fan work

Brown (active) terminal top right 2nd photo...... burnt up.

    Circuit design

Flammable liquids and electrics don't go well together and any mixing would need a specialised design piece of gear with all sorts of certification. That said, you did not say what the expected cycle time would be but I doubt any piece of off the shelf gear such as previously suggested would be...

What solid state components can switch composite video (AV)?

2 for relays.... Thought was at $10 you could pop one open and see how the professionals do it.

Is this charger appropiated for my lipo battery?

Can you point to where it is a 0.5C charge rate? With a 30c discharge one would normally expect to see around 5C.(maximum) but stranger things have been seen. Charger you have is not really a work of art and although I have used a similar one myself in time of need, not really a recommended...

555 delay off timer modules on Ebay for around $10 with relay output BUT your 1/2 second requirement might be pushing the friendship to be accurate and practical. How often is this cycle to repeat?

What solid state components can switch composite video (AV)?

One can buy a ready made av switcher for around $10......$15 with a remote for "no diving" requirements.

    Newly coiled motor burnt out

What opinion does your electrician have? Perhaps he should be talking to the rewind people as he would have been the one doing all the necessary megger tests etc. before power up. I prefer to do initial run up no load as motors can run backwards and for other reasons as well BUT that is just me.

    Single phase motor

Have to be more specific. As an example there are 2 of each color at various points. You have previously given me a reading of 5.2 ohm for the reds on A1 and T2. So where are you measuring the latest red to red. I think you are going to have to get someone local with a little experience in...

    555 or one shot

555 's are usually ok with more than 12v so I wouldn't be concerned with 13.4v. reverse input = connecting the positive and negative the wrong way around on the input. The unit you have is still the original delay turn on unit ? If so and you are using it in the opposite logic via the relay...

    555 or one shot

Yes, seems ok. Didn't do anything to damage the module at all.......reverse input .......higher than 12v input ?? How is it switched on and off ? Does the relay click on and off ? If not then just a dodgy unit by the looks of it.

If there were enough detail in the above photo I would not have asked.

Perhaps.......how is everything connected? Can you sketch a circuit of what you have and how it is powered?

    Grounding a blower motor

An electrician has already given the Op advice.

Grounding problem in a slimmed down recordplayer.

You will need to run the wiring from the pickup arm to the amplifier in shielded cable. Connect the shield to the negative rail on the amplifier only, do not connect the other end anywhere else.

    Single phase motor

ok...auto ranging digital. Meter should automatically adjust to the range being measured. If not, click the range buton until appropriate range appears. Just take a good note of the actual range it displays when recording any reading.

    Grounding a blower motor

On the motor label there should be identification which says as such ..... OR... there will be a marking of two squares, one inside the other. If it is double insulated, do not earth. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Appliance_classes If in doubt, ask your local electrician.

    Grounding a blower motor

Note as Minder says, i.e. NOT double insulated.
