problem with the table saw motor. Please help!

You could conceivably cause some further damage as it is quite the 'flash' that occurs. I would prefer to inspect it further to prevent more damage.

problem with the table saw motor. Please help!

Sand paper its not a good idea, it can be inspected and cleaned, only when new brushes are fitted, you use something called a Com stick in order to bed them in. The flash could indicate they are worn down with low pressure on the com. The pic do not really show the motor itself.

Home come you happened to be filming it when it happened?

problem with the table saw motor. Please help!

Appears to be something happened in the brush/commutator area, requires a strip down and inspection, especially if the comm cannot be easily inspected.

Can We Weld With a Soldering Iron?

In the case of soldering and brazing the metals are not 'Fused' but joined by whetting the two surfaces in order to create a none fused bond.

Can We Weld With a Soldering Iron?

Soldering is the 'whetting' joint of joining similar metals, IOW, the metals being joined do not experience any melting in the process. Welding involves fusing (melting) the two metals together in some cases using a similar metal to provide the fusing process. So no, you cannot weld by soldering. .

Step Down transformers, will they harm an electronic machine?

Not necessarily, I don't see anything frequency sensitive, in a coffee maker especially!

Step Down transformers, will they harm an electronic machine?

I can't see a coffee maker being all that sensitive to Hz. Also don't see a "motor" referenced in the product! (Coffee maker)

Which DC Brushed Motor Should I use for this project?

Yes you need to do an actual torque reading for starters, as a simple way, use a spring scale and a known pulley diameter to measure the initial torque required. What have you against a brushed motor? As I mentioned in another forum, you have a 500lb plus load.
