    Looks like it says F200 20a next to the fuse holder. I would start a little lower and see if the unit works and then if you get nuisance blowing of the fuse up it a few amps. If that is in fact a fusible link, it appears that it would be fast blow in nature. M.

    Have you at least checked the fuse? It may have popped this if it didn't already destroy the meter. M.

    Be careful where the end of the CRT HV lead is, for a small B&W monitor it will be around 9kv. You really need the crt to complete the picture. Specialized measuring device is required to measure the EHT voltage. Ensure the ground connection on the crt is connected to the board if testing it out...
