    The fan speed on an induction motor is decided by the supply frequency and No. of poles. The capacitor is just for 90° phase shift. IF it is the capacitor type and not shaded pole. The most common reason is the sintered bronze bearings run dry and collect dust etc. M.

    Locate the two PCB pads where the switch/trace conductors exit the switch and connect to these two. M.

    You would need to wire a small wire/conductor to both sides of the switch, the PCCT strips alternate between poles of the switch. Choose the point where the foil traces leave the switch area. M

    The underside of the moving button is made from conductive material, when you push the button it shorts out the PCCT strips. M.

    If you have two cells for each lamp then you could try using a 5v (6v are scarce) wall-wart and wire the Lights in series, observe polarity if LED. If only 2 cells then we would have to go to plan B. M.,

    Wouldn't it be more likely to be a 7812? For logic, it looks like a Darlington array and an op amp? M.

    The part No. is probably a OEM number also being Chinese origin, could mean anything. Re no fuses any more it is just another means of cost cutting, the same reason that the whole construction quality now is way down now. A little reverse engineering of the secondary side of the transformer...

    The stove I just fixed was a Frigidaire, it used 24vdc supply for the control board, I don't recall if it was 240v fed from L1,L2, or one line and the neutral. What are the relays marked? But I would be surprised if it stayed on long enough to cook the winding. M.

    The voltage of the relay coils should indicate what the secondary should be, there is Hammond transformers as a source of possible replacement, if needed. M..

    I have opened a few and I know the shellacked winding insulation can be a little of an effort to remove, you don't really want to dismantle the lamination's if you can at all help it, the irony is, when they embed these fuses they save the subsequent circuitry but make it virtually impossible...

    There is a another scenario where there is a thermal fuse buried or just under the outer insulation, often fitted to these Chinese origin TXFMR's. It might pay to peel off the insulation and check it out. Especially if the primary is open. M.
