    it's the power board for satellite receiver the out put is higher than it should be like for the 23V it out 37V and the 5V out is 7V and the 12V is 18V so which part is responsible for this high voltage output i replaced the big brown capacitor which is 560V before the one beside the 8 legs IC...

    I test it without load the voltage didn't drop below 5 V And i connect my phone to be charged from it it stayed at 4.25 V and didn't flicking like in car Does that mean the problem could be in the car's cigarette housing I use it as FM transmitting daily But as charge maybe twice a month

    it's SS34 Schottky diode i test it on diode scale in my multimeter it gave me those reading both sides 0.1640 0.8750

    after the first burst the 15a 250v fuse were blown as well so i changed it with the resistor now i tried to try the unit again with 60watt bulb and the new fuse were burst again so there must be shorted some where but i don't know where exactly
