    on diode scale in my multimeter i tested that piece with circles around it there's short(beeb) between the blue circle leds the red circle leds give reading like 1.023 and 1.300 on diode scale the number of that piece is lx9 375 x i guess that mean it's not working right

    i know it toke too long of me i got 0.27 Ohm resistor to connect it instead of the burst R100 i also got new k3569 so after i connect them both i;ll connect 60 Watt bulb as 73's de Edd suggested but still i dont know exactly what to measure to examine why there is no output DC

    so that mean the R100 is working fine? and i shuld replace the blowing R100 with 1 Ohm resistor not 10 Ohm?

    yes i plugged it directly to the AC power and tried to measure VDC over the board when i get it shorted as in this image....i measure VDC over two sides on red circuit part and get shorted in the blue area like the image and this after i clean it so first i need to replace the damage...

    Well in previous post it below because i was measuring the dc volt on it So I'll replace the resistance But what test exactly you want me to do

    it's K3568 and a K3569 but still what is the cause there's no dc volt at the output if every thing is working i also gave you the measurements on the big capacitor

    i measure the dc vote on the main raw dc storage cap and it was 330 v also over the switch-mode power devices ..BP or FET it was 330 v dc i tried to measure the DC volt between the red circuit and i get shorted in the blue area as shown and this is after cleaning the should i replace...

    1-The output caps is new so they are working 2- i test the main raw dc storage cap after disconnect it of the board and it's working 3- i test the lv schootkey recetifier after disconnect it of the board and it's working 4- the 8 legs ic is LTA803n hope you can help me diagnosis the error...
