    What 'pin' are you referring to? Most chargers have either a USB A connector on the body or a USB micro B on a cable or both.

    The type of LED you're interested in is usually driven from a compatible constant current driver. Some can be controlled by the (presumably) PWM output of that controller. Google is your friend but as you probably realize, not much useful technical data is offered by most ebay sellers.

    No. Unfortunately, the controller is designed to drive LED devices that have built-in current limiting and are thus made for a voltage source. Neither your controller or the specified LEDs have a current regulating function.

    Why not use the tried and true methods and materials that arcade game manufacturers have used for decades, standard .25" female disconnects crimped on 22 AWG stranded hookup wire for the switch ends of the harness and a Molex .062" multi-pin connector at the panel end.

    I recently used our laser cutter at work to make the openings for the switch and strain reliefs in this assembly. Since the cuts are on-seam, I made jigs that held the halves together and in the correct orientation on the cutter.

    The station you linked is a clone of a Weller WLC100 so Weller ST series tips will probably fit. This selection of tips is limited. There are several screwdriver and double bevel tips but only one single bevel.

    The amp is 12 years old and has electrolytic filter capacitors sitting right next to power transistors and power resistors. There's a slight possibility that replacing those filter caps and the fuse would repair the amp.
