    Put a switch across the third diode labeled "TURBO MODE". :cool: When the switch is closed, you'll get ≈3.8V which the motor can probably handle, at least for short periods. You'll be able to tell if it can't by it heating up or emitting a burning insulation odor.

    I suspect that you have a simple wiring error. Be sure that you're working from a correct pinout for the relay you have, not just blindly following a pictorial diagram. Use a meter or even a simple improvised test light to verify the relay contact form.

    Potting is a cleaner operation than conformal coating unless you screw it up. I mount the PCB in a potting box and vacuum degas pre and post pot. The only mess is the disposable mixing container, stirring sticks and a pair of nitrile gloves.
