    There shouldn't be. The liquid residue doesn't look like capacitor electrolyte but I'd be looking real hard for a blown bottom vent anyway. From the extent of residue coverage, either the board was vertical or the liquid came from an outside source, maybe a cat or dog that doesn't like the radio...

    It's still possible there are other faults. I would have liked to test that bridge rectifier under the heat sink, for example. Don't underestimate the deleterious effects of corroded connectors. They should be thoroughly cleaned or replaced.
