Varistor 10S271K- Where can I buy from online?

I believe this is the same as EPCOS B72210S0271K101. That is a Digi-Key link but many of the major distributors sell them.

    General capacitor question.

Looks like Digi-Key part 565-4447-ND might work it is 250V 1000uF and 105°C would just need to verify the 10mm lead spacing is the same. Here is a link to all the options they have at 250V 1000uF and 105°C one of them should work. Most of the major Distis would have caps at this value...

    7240PE Q427, Q428, Q429, Q430 - part substitutions

Depending on the manufacturer. I have seen it become a more common practice for the manufacturers of many electronics sold today where we are seeing the bare minimum parts being put in and not lasting as long as if the manufacturer would have put in a more robust part. Most commonly found with...

You should have no issues using that. Your mixer will only draw the current it needs.

How can I test a xlr charging port

Without a wiring diagram and some test I could not say for sure. I would lean towards either a switch int he port that has gone bad or a relay in your system that would disable to scooter/disable the charge port depending on if the switch is activated. if you can get to the port and there is a...

    What are these capacitors?

It could be that the "E" in the black/silver is also a voltage call out.

    Motor fault circuit

You need to breakdown each item you are looking to do. Then you need to decide if you are doing this with a microcontroller or analog circuits. I don't want to be rude but if this is for college no further direction should really be needed for these basic functions.

    Info on M10 fog machines?

I did find a download on their site, however I can not get the manual to download. http://www.antari.com/index.php/web/Products_i/33 The next step would be going through the schematic to try to find out what is shorted. Unfortunately without a schematic i am not able to suggest what to look at...

    Info on M10 fog machines?

Generally I would recommend diagnosing the problem before just replacing parts. Have you checked power to the board? These should be fused.

    Connect 12V relay to LED

True, But you need something to run control your relay. This switch could be replaced with a microcontroller, The relay could be run off a different circuit etc.

    9v battery draw

You may be able to ohm out the switch as well. If the input switch is closed while your cord is plug in and remains closed when unplugged this may tell you if that is the issue as well. Though probably not the switch you have the diagram below in the lower left shows an example schematic.
