    Whatever happened to this product?

Boy how I wish I could get a 6 decade resistor substitution box in a 0603 package for 3 cents each. I would never have to buy a rrsistor again. Bob

    Bicycle generator

What type of battery are you charging, and at what current? Simply connecting a battery to a generator could either damage the battery or set it on fire. Bob

    Audio level with potentiometer

Could be either way. Depends on the circuit. Bob

    +DC_out_rtn, what does this mean..

It means return as in the current comes out through the positive pins and returns through the return. It is the negative side of the power supply, often labelled as ground. Bob

Current measurement circuit , Shunt resistor value Selection

Because it makes the math easy. 1V = 10uA. Bob

    12V-9V Converter for Arduino

You are very unclear about what you want. The title is 12-9V converter for Arduino. But then you ask if a 12 to 9V converter would charge batteries. What batteries? What does that have to do with an Arduino? If you have a device containing rechargeable batteries that has a 9V power jack...

Unipolar Hall Effect sensor for cycle detection.

I don’t see the need for two switches. Pull and release the trigger- fires once. Pull and hold the trigger - re-fires after each cycle as long as it is held. Bob

Anyone know what type of resistor this is?

On my iPhone, looks clearly brown. The OP should let let us know though, colors on photos are not reliable. Bob

Transistor switch suitable to run dc motor?

If you can "suggest" the current required the motor, and what voltage you have to drive the gate. Note that the stall current is important, not just the no-load running current. Bob

Transistor switch suitable to run dc motor?

These are both good ideas. You probably destroyed the transistor because you exceeded its maximum current specification. Bob

Servo motor used with adruino need no driver?

Specs for the servo? In all likelihood, you cannot supply power to the servo direction through Arduino pins, but you can supply the control signal directly. Power should be connected directly to the power source, unless there is a need to power it on and off from the Arduino, if so, you would...

    Electrolytic or Tantalum ?

A non-polarized capacitor can always replace a polarized one, but not the other way around. Bob

Electronic circuits work in mysterious ways?

No, they work in quite predictable ways when designed properly. Get LTSPICE, it is free, and you can examine the behavior of circuits in detail, which might help you understand them better. Bob

Capture infinite loop by consistently monitoring current consumption

After you disclose no one else can file, and you have one year. When I worked for Intel, if we proposed a patent and Intel decided it was not worth pursuiing, they would disclose it so no one else could patent the same idea. Bob

Capture infinite loop by consistently monitoring current consumption

Embedded systems are typically in an infinite loop all the time. A watchdog timer solves the problem you are trying to solve. Edit: Oh, and by the way, US law now gives you 1 year to file the patent, since you disclosed it. After that it is prior art and is not patentable. Bob

    CURRENT FLOW vs ELECTRON FLOW

Current does not flow, charge flows. And negative charge flowing in one direction is equivalent to positive charge flowing in the opposite direction at the level of abstraction we normally work at in electronics. Only when you get into semiconductor physics does the type of carrier matter. Bob
