    Without seeing the bottom of the board we can't tell if all the pins are used. Measurement between 1 and 3 reads 0.5ohms? That looks about right. What about the other 'side' (the two pins on their own? - red 'smile') What do they read? Reading primary to secondary as OL is correct.

    Given the use of glass-encapsulated reed relays I'd suggest one or more has been damaged - easily done. Check that the right relays are operated (coil voltage measurements) and check for them sorting/opening as they should when the relevant relay is activated.

    In what way is it showing 'faulty'? In these circumstances it is usually the controller IC (IC1) that has failed. It 'might' have taken out the primary of the transformer but that's a very, very rare occurence.
