    Why did you reassemble if you haven't resolved the 'open' problem? I wouldn't try probing around for signals until your certain you've got Vcc, Vdd on all ICs, and all the missing Gnds ring true.

    Well you'll have to sort out where your losing it. One technique that helps determine where, is putting a jumper at each missing point and connect them one at a time to ground and see how it impacts continuity on the other points. I'm not sure about the green circles, they could be test points...

    I would expect the op to say "my newly installed GFI outlet keeps tripping", if that's what's happening. Here State side, acceptable voltage drop is 3% for branch circuits, and 5% total including feeder.

    You don't have to use Oxy/acety to braze, just use Map gas. It burns hotter than propane and is inexpensive. I suppose you could alternatively use compression couplings also. But a large beer cooler on your beach would make for one heck of a ceilidh.

    I'm not sure what you mean by voltage drop ensued. What was existing before your added outlet should remain the same.     As I said (three times now) just jumper a good Agnd point to where your Agnd is not available (CN13a) In other words, solder a wire to a convenient point of "good" Agnd and the other end can go to CN13A (Dead Agnd) or a point near it that connects to it. You seem to be going all around hells...
